    Malcolm Michel – Director

    Malcolm has been in the Food & Beverage Industry for approximately 23 years and has worked with some of the industry’s premier chefs in designing and installing some of Sydney’s landmark restaurants. From a beginning with Hobart being educated in the fundamentals of kitchen operations and the importance of quality in a demanding kitchen and proceeding to project management for one of Sydney’s larger kitchen contractors, he settled into a role managing design and construction of commercial kitchens. Malcolm works on a simple philosophy that has been instrumental in maintaining good, long-standing relationships with our diverse client base – Always apply what you have learnt from your successes and mistakes and never ask somebody to accept something that you wouldn’t be completely happy with yourself.

    Mick Fil – Director

    Mick is well known in the stainless steel manufacturing side of the business for his attention to detail and the high quality and finish of all the items he and his staff produce. Mick has a natural ability and understanding of how stainless steel can and can’t be worked. More than a tradesman, Mick personally manufactures some of our most difficult project items showing and educating his staff in the craft of metal fabrication. Mick runs his factory as a job shop not a production line which is one of the few large factories in Sydney to still operate this way. This allows each of his team see the end result of their work. Mick is keen to bring apprentices into our factory ensuring that they can be educated through all aspect of sheet metal fabrication, making certain that we maintain a quality team of tradesmen.

    Phillip has over 18 years’ experience in the food service industry. Having begun as a service technician with a major international equipment manufacturer, he has undertaken numerous roles which have encompassed sales, design, and management. Phillip brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to his role. He has built up an immense network of contacts covering clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers over the years, and as a key member of our team Phillip is instrumental in procuring opportunities for new and repeat business.

    Rod Graham has some 40 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage Industry covering the full scope of the industry. Ranging from manufacturing and commercial refrigeration to design and consulting with some of the industry’s premier consultants. We are fortunate to have Rod as part of our team for the past 3 years. His unique sense of humour and wealth of industry knowledge in invaluable to us.

    In his early days he was considered quite the ladies’ man, due to his good looks and animal magnetism. Most people were in awe of his sculptured body, which he still has to this day.

Ricky is now responsible for ensuring accurate development of design from our sales teams ideas and concepts into a working breathing item that isn’t only functional but is design to be constructed to the highest quality. T-Bones passion for providing the best to our customer is a huge asset and he is constantly improving design and manufacturing standard to ensure we stay at the front of the curve.
